Kasasagi Co., Ltd.
has a mission to be a “bridge” connecting Japan and the rest of the world, and is engaged in a wide range of business activities in the fields of human resources, IT, trade, and culture.
The company name “Kasasagi” comes from the “bridge bird” that crosses the Milky Way in the Tanabata legend. We inherit this spirit and want to be a presence that connects people, companies, and society beyond borders, cultures, and language differences.
Currently, we are focusing on developing and sending overseas human resources, mainly from Bangladesh, and nurturing human resources who can be active in Japan as specific skills, technical internships, and international students.
In addition, through our IT solutions and trading businesses, we are contributing to the development of cultural and economic exchanges between Japan and the rest of the world while working to solve various problems for our customers.

Hello everyone.
I am Haruki Matsui,Founder & CEO of Kasasagi Co., Ltd.
At Kasasagi, we are committed to “connecting people, technology and culture to create the future” and are engaged in a wide range of business activities that connect Japan and overseas.
The starting point of our business was our encounter with Bangladesh.
The young people we met there had a strong desire to work and study in Japan, and we’re working hard for their families and their futures. However, we witnessed the current situation in which opportunities are limited due to language and system barriers, and felt the need to “build a bridge”.
With this in mind, we have built a system that can share value across borders, from human resource development and sending people out, accepting people, solving problems using IT, and even cultural exchange and trade businesses.
The company name “Kasasagi” comes from the legendary bird that built a bridge over the Milky Way to connect Orihime and Hikoboshi.
We also hope to be “magpies” that connect countries with countries, companies with people, dreams with reality.
We will continue to spread smiles and hope to the world with sincerity and without fear of challenges.
